- Kantar as a company has nice values - Porto office is aggreable - Salary is good

Cons

- no progression at all - biased reviews in tech - biased hirings of friends in tech - micromanagement from line managers in tech - harassement concealed by managers - your work is not valued, only your ability to show off - horrible team spirit promoted by management

Good place to start your research career but low salaries and unmanageable work hours

Pros

Social company, lots of company and team initiatives, wide variety of interesting work, client exposure from early on, ability to take ownership/responsibility.

Cons

Very high turnover (due to very low salary compared to other market research firms/consultancies), limited growth opportunities, outdated and low salaries, overtime is expected (and unpaid!) as a result of high workloads, team resourcing is out of control and unmanageable (expected to support colleagues with high overtime even if you're already doing overtime), senior management seems out of touch with the rest of the business. Limited growth and promotion opportunities.
