Slow to no promotion No clear career development Salary low compared to other companies in the same industry. Senior manager prioritize promotion of employees they have personal affinity with rather than on merit, lot of people were/are promoted without scoring enough, while others who scored at least 4 on employee review and bring positive impact are ignored and told explanations with no sense, this is in Profiles division at least. As a result, lot of people after working hard end up just not being productive and start to look for another job in another company. Lot of injustices happening and no solutions at the horizon, as the example provided above.

Pros

International environment, that’s all. People are friendly.

Cons

Some manager (a few not all) can be toxic and strong in favoritism. High school-like environment (gossips, casual bull*in. They will hire many people and never promote any until people cant stop quitting and the rests are stretched thin working overtime. And it goes like that over and over. They will hire people only when they are desperate. Low salary compared to other international companies. Even if you have years of experience they will pay you entry level and treat everyone as “juniors”. “seniority” is strong. Don’t apply unless you desperately looking for a job. No good benefits, no bonus.

Pros

They take you without experience in field (Kantar GRC - Prague) and it's a way how to start your career either in corporate with a name or in field. Degree area is not important. I used that opportunity and Im grateful to it.

Cons

After 2-3 promotions it's very hard to keep growing further. So Im searching for a new job now. Shame they are not interested in keeping the talents inside the company.
