Slow to no promotion
No clear career development
Salary low compared to other companies in the same industry.
Senior manager prioritize promotion of employees they have personal affinity with rather than on merit, lot of people were/are promoted without scoring enough, while others who scored at least 4 on employee review and bring positive impact are ignored and told explanations with no sense, this is in Profiles division at least. As a result, lot of people after working hard end up just not being productive and start to look for another job in another company.
Lot of injustices happening and no solutions at the horizon, as the example provided above.
