None, it provides a salary until you secure new employment

Cons

Poor management, those in a VP role manage teams, and are difficult to deal with. Don’t listen and out of touch with team and the day to day. Trainings don’t exist. Some leaders talk but don’t do. While leaders are very well educated, they are out of touch with reality, female leaders are are known to bully women and favour men. Male leadership is ineffective albeit more respectful of the team.

Work from home benefits and great people to work with.

Cons

No pay increase in over 3 years. Have not rewarded employees from within. Previous CEO switched up the entire organization and stepped down shortly after.
