Av is one of the most exciting companies I would involved with. The management is the most transparent team you can ask for with a very large corporation. After all, AV is part of huge entity that has more than 150k employees. So things were definitely unique to certain extends. People are very focused on their tasks and extremely nice. I was part of a great team dealing with great clients, with the best client service on our side.

Cons

Due to the fact, it is part of very large entity, its innovations lack progress. Most of the innovations fade out before seeing the light. There are always some rotten eggs in the basket. It would be nice to clean them out.

Lots of responsibilities, premium clients, good-looking colleagues (just like others said)

Cons

High turnover rate, very long working hours, people are constantly leaving the company so that no one knows what's going on and how to do the work, low compensation
