Pros

Salary is competitive. Free coffee. Free sugar for your coffee. Young and enthusiastic new employees but sadly that is quickly ruined.

Cons

Very arrogant people. No creative thinking. Like a sweatshop. Zero work/life balance. It's their way or no way. No sense of community. 60-70 hour work week. Every project is a crisis. Clients completely take advantage of employees and management allows it. If your not a partner you are lower than dirt. If you considering MaPS, run away as fast as you can. It's a terrible place to work. Miserable office environment. Even the social events are planned and managed to the point of not being fun. Did I mention arrogant people? Most common phrase heard by management: "We don't do things that way".

Pros

The variety of tasks and studies that you get to work on in initial year. Super supportive support staffs

Cons

If you are ready to give up on your life and if you are thrilled to work with the most unreasonable people in the world, then this is the place to be. From an organisation, where learning was promoted and ideas where appreciated; IMRB has managed to become a place where machines are trained. Forget about incentive, even expecting a slight appreciation from seniors is "too much of an expectation". Even when the entire team has changed with extremely incompetent people in less than a year, the management feels 'it is not easy to get job anywhere outside IMRB". The endless amount of negativity kills a person. Only powerful people are those who started their career from IMRB; and will sure suck outside this organisation. A private company which looks more like a proprietorship. • No work-life balance • No appreciation • Too much of data fudging • No humanity • Poor Hike • Extremely stressful job, pressure • Too timid while dealing with clients • People not treated as resource

Pros

You will learn a lot about the Consumer Goods industry and the people, for the most part, are great to work with Some of the senior leaders do actually care but they are help back by parent company

Cons

Too many to list! Management will dump work and responsibility on lower level employees Compensation never failed to disappoint All 2015 employees were impacted by a data breach - all social security #s, income information, etc. was released and the company did the bare minimum to make the situation better - they treated it as if it was business as usual... Work life balance is a joke - They act like they care about it, but if you want to "progress" expect long hours Kantar is owned by WPP - if you didn't know that stands for "Why Pay People" and this holds true. Kantar is focused on extracting as much as they can out of employees without giving anything back - I would not recommend working here.
