There is no better company to learn from. I have learned about ad agencies, media agencies nd then how companies like Unilever use this data and how Kantar helps grow brands. Plus the people are awesome! Smart, nice and super supportive!

Cons

Not much I can think of. There are busy periods, but we all have those.

Cons

Timesheet accounting and project costing is fundamentally flawed and skewed toward the organization's favour. Projects often have to be costed too optimistically which causes a lot of OT Pay is not competitive Leadership team has no team/retention metrics - they have sales KPI and often stretch teams to deliver more work at lower rates as they win more projects and lower prices
