Very long hours. Entry level work is very boring.

Great future for this company, strong leadership, but they run a tight ship

Pros

Great time to be a part of this company. Great growth potential, and good leadership. Good benefits, good communication with management for the most part. Decent training programs, and pretty exciting learning curves. Recent acquisitions of Compete and Cymfony are encouraging, and formation of TNS media helps too.

Cons

Salaries are not very competitive for anyone but management. Many of the managers including CEO live out of another city and are rarely in the office, which could be a benefit to some... Company claims to encourage lateral job movement, but unclear how easy that process really is.

Pros

Lots of opportunity if you're willing to put in the work. It's a reasonable new industry and technology which provides one with valuable skills on which to build in the marketing industry. For the most part, its a fairly smart team of people to work with who are willing to help and mentor younger team members.

Cons

There's less than optimal work life balance and often confusing messages from management on the direction of the company. There are some members of the middle management team who underperform, but many of the senior management team members don't seem to be willing to deal with those issues.
