Business Outlook
Pros
Lots of opportunity if you're willing to put in the work. It's a reasonable new industry and technology which provides one with valuable skills on which to build in the marketing industry. For the most part, its a fairly smart team of people to work with who are willing to help and mentor younger team members.
Cons
There's less than optimal work life balance and often confusing messages from management on the direction of the company. There are some members of the middle management team who underperform, but many of the senior management team members don't seem to be willing to deal with those issues.
