TNS has a very a strong suite of products. It is a good place to work and they have some outstanding client relationships. The management team is strong and they reward those that work hard.

Cons

TNS is a very big company feeling the pains of the global recession. The effects of the acquisition of the company by WPP is unclear.

Pros

Great time to be a part of this company. Great growth potential, and good leadership. Good benefits, good communication with management for the most part. Decent training programs, and pretty exciting learning curves. Recent acquisitions of Compete and Cymfony are encouraging, and formation of TNS media helps too.

Cons

Salaries are not very competitive for anyone but management. Many of the managers including CEO live out of another city and are rarely in the office, which could be a benefit to some... Company claims to encourage lateral job movement, but unclear how easy that process really is.
