Pros

AV has very flexible work-day hours and opportunities to drop in and out of the office. The company is friendly and has a very diverse group of employees. Management is empathetic to employee needs (just completely unable to act on that empathy).

Cons

AV pays very poorly, has limited learning opportunities, very poor evaluation of talent, and really weak growth potential. This is not a company for someone who is forward-looking or who has high business acumen. Many people join AV and then feel "stuck."

Added value has a very unique and customized offer which makes the work a lot of fun. The kind of clients that we get to work on are the big names that you're proud to tell your friends about.

Cons

There's a real push to grow the company and be best in class. Sometimes that means extra hours but it feel worth the effort to be at the top of our game.
