Pros

-Made good friends at the company -Good work/life balance (everyone leaves the office around 530/6 and start around 9/930 with an hour lunch break) -Beer cart on Fridays!

Cons

-Very low pay for the industry -Hard to get promoted (getting promoted is very hard ... need to be there for at least 3 years before any type of promotion) -"raises" are barely anything -Once you are on a team, it is very hard to switch around to a different team. Some teams only do one type of methodology, and that is what you do for the entire time ... can be very monotonous (some teams do have a variety of studies but its rare since AV has one main client)

No reason indeed; salaries lower than market average, no fair treatment as seniors are given free hand to hire and fire. Career progression is vague and too much aimless talks and only slogans you get

Cons

Loads of work thrown from seniors on juniors. So if you're junior better stay out plus all paid below market
