      Don't join if you are an Engineer. (Even though the offer is good)

      Very Few, Initial Package is good.

      Cons

      Very low increments Freshers have higher packages than you if you continue for more than 2 years. Hell lot of work. Working hours may extend above 12hrs. No compensation for late sittings. Very poor work life balance. No HR. No Management. All work is mechanical. No Brain work.
