Pros

The people (for the most part) are great. Unlimited time-off. Great benefits. Get to work remote or hybrid in some offices.

Cons

2 years ago I would have (and did) suggest Kantar to people as a place to work. We then went through a re-org and it has been a very fast down-hill fall from there. So many accounts are no longer profitable, the company overall is performing poorly, it feels like people are getting laid off or leaving every other week. Senior levels/leadership is getting promoted but no one lower is. Pay is lower than the current market and raises/bonuses were put on hold this year. The current team model does not work and has created inefficiencies (we should go back to CL/PL), has caused unskilled senior leaders to have ownership over projects, and overall morale has plummeted. The company needs a major overhaul and a close look at lower employees who deserve to be promoted and paid for their skill and contributions.

Pros

Fair work-life balance (depending on the team you are part of). Nice office, nice atmosphere (depending on the division you are part of)

Cons

No progression. Low salary, skales are all over the place and don't make any sense, job titles don't mean anything and you end up managing people who earn more than you. Just shocking to see how everything related to salaries and skales is not transparent. aligned, fair and reasonable. Everything HR-related is lengthy and complicated, you have to fight for yourself and you often feel unheard. Not a place to work if you expect fairness and transparency. Expect a bonus only if you are 80+ skale or part of sales. If you don't bring the money in, you are no one to the business. Quite a shame, as if they'd really walk their talk this could be a great company to work for, but it's not at the moment.

Under paid and losing jobs to India

Pros

Flexibility. Unlimited pto. Remote options. Great mid level management (not senior level). Modern offices. Access to LinkedIn learnings

Cons

I worked there for 10+ years. Towards the end I found out I was severely underpaid. Like 20% less than those in my same position with less tenure. The pay sucks. We are losing more and more jobs to India so I had to get our to protect myself and control my own career. The folks in India make tonnnnns of mistakes with 0 accountability. The folks at the top don't care about their mistakes because our India folks dirt cheap. They can take double the amount of time it takes us onshore but since they are so cheap, it doesn't matter to senior mgmt. The folks onshore are the ones fixing all the crap. Get out and be better
