Pros
The people (for the most part) are great. Unlimited time-off. Great benefits. Get to work remote or hybrid in some offices.
Cons
2 years ago I would have (and did) suggest Kantar to people as a place to work. We then went through a re-org and it has been a very fast down-hill fall from there. So many accounts are no longer profitable, the company overall is performing poorly, it feels like people are getting laid off or leaving every other week. Senior levels/leadership is getting promoted but no one lower is. Pay is lower than the current market and raises/bonuses were put on hold this year. The current team model does not work and has created inefficiencies (we should go back to CL/PL), has caused unskilled senior leaders to have ownership over projects, and overall morale has plummeted. The company needs a major overhaul and a close look at lower employees who deserve to be promoted and paid for their skill and contributions.
