Global and known, premium pricing, few good leadership

Cons

Aggressive, toxic, no salary hike beyond 3%, rude executive directors click and CEO, no bonus. The female leadership is especially toxic as they feel the need to prove themselves desperately to the ceo. Bonus only to seniors. High churn and very low motivation.

Promotions here seem to be based more on how long you've been around than on actual ability, as long as you're doing just enough to get by.

Cons

- Frequent overtime with no additional compensation. - Chronic understaffing leads to consistent overwork across the team. - Management often comes off as condescending and indirect, even when you're the one carrying the load. - Senior leadership overlooks poor management practices, despite clear signs like high turnover, and tends to shift blame onto departing employees. - Work-life balance is virtually nonexistent.
