The pay is terrible no matter how long you've worked there, time tracking is everywhere, they want you to think you're part of the family until they fire you without any bad work reports. Extremely repetitive jobs with little chance of change. What you learn there, work skills wise, is not applicable anywhere else.

Hangar lane is an awful, godforsaken place.
