Good for learning. You can learn new skills , you can learn different tools of research but exposure of projects is there but exposure of category is not there.

Cons

Worst Management, low pay, no Work-Life balance, Management is worst & Draconian especially for International Business Unit. Very depressing & favoritism prevails. HR is just a puppet.
