Pros

It is one of the well known research companies to work with in India. Helps you learn about the industry

Cons

No work-life balance. Work from home policy is also not very effective. There is lot of internal politics and top management can be very intrusive in your personal lives. I have seen people crying due to demoralizing outbursts from the top management. Majority of the employees leave within a year or two which limits the expertise required to guide new employees.
