Pros

Friendly co-workers in my office. Casual atmosphere.

Cons

Long hours and expected to check your emails off hours. Large volume of emails. It is common for employees to check their emails throughout the evening, weekends, holidays. Little support from management. I found it to be a very negative culture. If you make a mistake, expect it to be broadcast to just about everyone. No work/life balance.

Great people to work with around the world Great services and products provided to Marketing Research agencies Good training provided upon arrival Regular meetings and feedback

Cons

Working with a network of colleagues around the world is sometimes difficult when you are not able to meet and discuss projects face to face Some of the night production team members not up to date on all the projects handled by the day team members
