Pros

Hands down the most non toxic company I've ever worked for. They care about the development for all the staff -- not only the management but also executive level. Co-workers are very supportive and helpful. It feels like you are surrounded by positive and smart environments all the time.

Cons

Salary and benefit are less competitive. Annual medical check up is included in benefit package. Health insurance is also not really helpful.
