Flexible working arrangement; some colleagues are super nice

Cons

some drama within a small team due to some bad colleagues from PM team who just want to make your job harder not easier; pay raise is so hard to get; not much progression

Great Company to start your career. Learning opportunities are immense, you get to learn various market research tools.

Cons

Work-life balance in Kantar is not good. The work culture is such that working late is promoted.
