Pros
I really appreciated the autonomy I had in my roles to create and improve and develop partnerships with others. I have been able to do a lot of good in collaboration with colleagues.
Cons
Thoughtless administrators who don't communicate their work, don't support their staff, and create busy work for staff by trying to create initiatives all the time without real consideration for time, resources, or actual demonstrated needs of students and staff. Worst administrator stands behind staff and dictates to them what that person wants with no real skills and does not engage staff in thoughtful collaborative direction setting.
