Pros
community, retirement, dental, vision, healthcare, great leadership for me, supportive, resources built into the system.
Cons
Parking tag not included in perks, fighting for parking if you don't start early, synergy of K-State can be challenging from unit to unit. When I started, I was surprised the marketing was not as cohesively structure then my previous company; I had to dig for resources. I've not see a lot of staff community programs/events; more so focused on faculty and student engagement (which I get).
