Pros
The benefits are great because your a state employee. Plenty of vacation time paid time off. The job is not very difficult physically. Guaranteed 40 hours a week. Union eligible for many positions. With great union representation.
Cons
One of the lowest paying locations in the state for state employed custodians. The university's attitude about custodians is they can't operate the university without them but continually show that they don't want to pay a livable wage. No room for advancement.
