      Pros

      Flexible scheduling for students at Kansas State University Great location (if you are a student) Good pay for the benefits offered

      Cons

      Some staff can be fairly annoying to work with Freshmen students (those eating at dining halls like this one) can be very messy, which is often not great to clean up Fair amount of rules that are generally helpful, but practically worthless.

      I have never worked somewhere with nicer people, better access to resources, and where I am pushed to accomplish everything I want to, not limited to just this job.

      Cons

      Summers can be quite lonesome if it is your first year and do not have friends staying with you between school years.
