      Pros

      K-State faculty care about student success. It's a very rewarding place to work and a wonderful atmosphere surrounds the campus and community. Manhattan is the quintessential college town and the students are very motivated.

      Cons

      Very few. Salaries are not as competitive as some other institutions but the cost of living and quality of life more than make up for this.
