      Pros

      Most faculty and staff at K-State are great and easy to work with. Benefits are very good and there is a wide variety of opportunity.

      Cons

      Government bureaucracy can be frustrating at times. Hiring procedures a mess. Don't worry if you apply for a job and haven't heard back in 3 months. The position is probably just being stalled by affirmative action.
