Very positive, exciting campus. Treated like family. Communications very current as to work or school activities. Understand the 2025 vision. LOVE the President of the university

Cons

Very few Cons. Some buildings are over crowded. It is easier to walk or bike on campus versus driving. Some work areas are understaffed do to budget constraints

One of the largest employers in the area

Cons

Care little for their workers. I was part of a 25% layoff after the financial crisis is 2009. It was badly done and left a lot of employees adrift with no help.

Very very political at the middle management and upper mid management levels. There is no money and often no way to move up
