Pros
A beautiful campus with great benefits, supportive and genial work environment, and many events to connect with colleagues and students across campus. Fantastic libraries with access to a number of hard-to-find resources from across the world. People around campus are friendly and willing to help.
Cons
Many general-use buildings need modernization or repair. Some buildings are obviously very well-maintained while others lack reliable air conditioning or heating. There is a regular lack of classrooms at the beginning of the semester, which causes headaches for all faculty involved. Parking remains a challenge but there are plans to alleviate this in the coming years.
