      State benefits and vacation pay. The day's rack up quick. Took 2 weeks off over the winter to vacation in the pacific.

      Cons

      Pay is median to below for most positions. The university is needs to pump money in the college of agriculture.

      Pros

      Great benefits and great team mentality. Good vacation times, flexible work when you have kids or illness. Overall good place to work

      Cons

      Lack of praise and job growth for lower ranked employees. Lack of consistency in some processes. Spends too much money on parties, rather have a bonus instead of Xmas party.

      Great company with solid overall workforce. The company cares about its employees. Great facilities, they are brand new in 2015.

      Cons

      If you want to live in a big city then Manhattan is probably not the place for you. Although it does have many perks.
