Pros

KSU student work is fairly simple and gives great experience. The scheduling is flexible and you will have regular hours.

Cons

Full-Time staff can be condescending and sometimes micromanaged. They could use to learn to treat part-time workers as peers in an office as this will help prepare the students for a "real-world" office

HelpDesk needs Help

Pros

The pros of this job involve the facts that you are not overly swamped with work at all and are able to get a lot of homework done.

Cons

The cons of this job is that the Managers do not actually pay attention to the students working for them, so they never see the things that need to be fixed. They also tend to disregard any suggestions that could improve the HelpDesk and are continuously stuck in their way of thinking, which does not evolve. This is bad because in a world of technology, a HelpDesk should be willing to adapt and evolve as well.
