Free housing and dining, great staff teams, emphasis on personal growth and other positive life skills.

Cons

Sometimes the residents suck. Can be stressful living where you work.

small class sizes, choice in classes you teach

Cons

only 1 year contracts, occasional work on weekends, preset curriculum

Very accommodating to scheduling and in general set up to be a very learning work environment

Cons

Somewhat limited position, and obviously would be no way to further career other than experience in current position.
