Pros

Good benefits Nice Employees and campus

Cons

My department/supervisor has been so scattered and disorganized it had been nearly impossible to do my job. Very unprofessional from day one. Four people within my small department alone are looking for other work.

Pros

Health Ins. Is ok but low wages.

Cons

Low low wages. I reviewed your amounts reported and all are almost $10,000 higher than actually paid.

Pros

Free Housing, Free Food, Free Utilities; Great for networking. You do get to meet some really great people from all walks of life.

Cons

You don't feel valued for the work that is put in. "Training" isn't anything except arts and crafts with co-workers to determine what characteristics you possess. You are seen as the eyes of Housing and Dining with no true authority to enforce KSU policy (suicides are referred to a different department, drugs are referred to the police, etc.). The big thing is, you are promised a job for leadership experience, networking, and adaptability to the workforce. Besides networking, little to any of this experience is applicable to other organizations and without true authority to initiate reprimands, no leadership experience is gained. You will work inconvenient hours, to a boss who does not care about your schedule or goals, and will expect more from you than what they are willing to do.
