      Horrible Culture - Lots of Backstabbing

      Pros

      Nothing unless you like backstabbing employees and managers.

      Cons

      Not a good team environment, backstabbing by co-workers and management, lots of posturing, and all around uncomfortable place to work. And HR is right up there with the bad behavior. Certain co-workers spy on others and report back to management inaccurate stores just to "get ahead" AND management encourages the behavior. They also foster the "old boys club" mentality. Women have no chance!
