1. No pros after change in recent management change

1. This is one of that worst company who charges for Lunch of employees. Moreover recently they increased employee contribution for food and transport sighting inflation issue and sametime they gifted swanky 1.5cr car to their top boss. 2. Politics here is altime high it will be a brain fry situation for any normal person. 3. Too much favoritism, if you are not a sychophant then ur chances of burnout are high. 4. Recently there have been increase in resignation at AGM and DGM level. There is something seriously wrong which they knew already thats why they are leaving. 5.People are selected at managerial level without any subject matter knowledge. And they are surviving just because of sychophancy trait.
