      1. Independence to work and explore new things. 2. Hard work is recognized. 3. Very good team in India & Germany, a lot to learn from all. 4. Very good work life balance. I never worked on Saturday or after 8 PM. 5. Yearly appraisals are good as compared to market. Depends on your work. 6. 41 days yearly leaves!! No leaves during probation (6 months). 7. Training provided depending on project requirement. 8. Good opportunities to go to Germany. Everyone has gone at least once.
