Pros

You will get paid, so it's a job

Cons

It's just awful, they don't have respect for the people, they just using they people as much as they can. They treat the people as a rubbish, they care just about money and selling products. They push you to sell with daily targets and even if you reach them nothing happen, you did just your job or they will say "well done" and that's it. You need to stay 10/15 minutes before your shift will start (so you are not paid for that) to do a briefing and put on some of their make up products; usually you will finish 10/15 minutes late (not paid), so at the end of they day is 30 minutes of work not paid it mean 3,75£ p/d not paid, that mean aroud 18£ in a week and around 75£ in a month in a single person that it mean around 750£ in a wholo store and ecc ecc... that's how kiko works. So basically run away from this company, find something else, even stay without job is better

Pros

They have a vast range of products... That's the only good thing I can say.

Cons

I have never worked for a company with such high turnover of staff. In the 3 months I worked there, the store went through 20 members of staff, including 2 managers and an assistant manager. Management haven't a clue what they are doing. You get conflicting statements from them about what their standards are. You're expected to start 15minutes before your shift starts, and stay as long as they deem necessary after your shift, whether that is (minimum) 30mins or an hour.i They're all about getting the customer in, forcing them to buy a tonne of crap and get them out. Trainers have favourites, and are very blatant in their bias towards them. It takes them MONTHS to approve holiday, just to cancel it a week before hand. They hire management and staff that have NEVER worked in the cosmetic industry, yet expect miracles. If you're Italian, you're pretty much guaranteed a job.
