Products are good My team are amazing

Cons

Too focused on Kpis and you are berated if you Do not achieve them even if your other targets are met. Always focus on negative and never praised for positive achievements. Insane work load and pressure put on staff especially from Head office in Italy, extremely demanding. Expected to work overtime and not get paid. Need More understanding that staff are human beings and not animals and invest in employees more instead of expecting miracles. No work life balance at all and pay not great.

You'll use your personal phone for absolutely everything, they'll contact you on your days off, no development. You can work as hard as you want, it'll never be good enough

Pros

People is nice. Good atmosphere. 50% discount in all their products. Not a bad salary.

Cons

Computer programmes are failing all the time (2009 version software and old computers). This makes you lose your patience and a lot of time. Poor automation. Tasks are quite manual and tedious. This make the work very boring and demotivating. No chance to work remotely.
