Too focused on Kpis and you are berated if you Do not achieve them even if your other targets are met. Always focus on negative and never praised for positive achievements. Insane work load and pressure put on staff especially from Head office in Italy, extremely demanding. Expected to work overtime and not get paid. Need More understanding that staff are human beings and not animals and invest in employees more instead of expecting miracles. No work life balance at all and pay not great.
