Kiko now has a very enticing discount program for its employees! Our prices are already considerably less than other brands, but we have still increased our discount rate to benefit our employees.

Pros

Able to wear trainers Decent pay

Cons

Having to shout hello at every single customer, sometimes I come home with a sore throat. Ridiculous store size, hardly anywhere to walk around. Having to do 5 jobs at once, management take multitasking to the extremes. Having to face one direction throughout whole shift is absolutely ridiculous. Staff training is incredibly patronizing. Encouraged to be fake and not genuine to customers. Lack of team work.
