Pros

Products can be good to start a kit with but are low quality. Good thing is vegan and cruelty free

Cons

Not valued or appreciated. Forced to buy stuff if store doesn’t make target. Constantly made to feel awful for store performance even on days off due to being added into multiple group chats which you are not allowed to mute. Management have no loyalty or respect for staff and would and do throw under the bus at any given opportunity. Little to zero staff training even on start date you are expected to teach yourself from the get go by the labels with one sentence. Management and trainers lie to every person and tell them something different to keep them from leaving. Massively high staff turnover. Products are low quality and break and run out extremely fast. Problems with wages every month, inexperienced management, constantly lied to. Insanely high level of gossip/b*tching across all stores all over the country

Cons

Where do I start.... I didn’t suffer with anxiety until starting this job...no training was given when I started litrally pushed into the deep end...whilst expecting to know everything. The targets are unrealistic and stresses everyone out the turnover is unreal and no one wonders why? Which I find insane. Higher management are unapproachable and do not help if something goes wrong. No one is treated equally...procedures are only followed up when it suits them!! Constantly threatened with dismissal if the store isn’t performing...I/MY COLLEUGES CANNOT FORCE PEOPLE TO BUY!!!! Everyone from HO and higher management treat us like robots and slaves we are just another name and number... There is 100% NO WORK/LIFE BALANCE. You are in a 24/7 whatsapp group which never stops pinging and also Staying over later and having to make the store immaculate with no staff(IMPOSSIBLE) and they have blackmailed every store by saying ‘if you don’t hit figures we are cutting everyone’s overtime’ and that’s what they did. No wonder USA Kiko are going bankrupt, the UK will soon follow suit. PLEASE I am begging you not to work here it will ruin your life :(
