Pros
Good staff discount - use it while you're there. The makeup itself is good - such a shame as I now refuse to go in the shop (because my experience there was so dire).
Cons
Literally everything else. Unfriendly colleagues, insane pressure, no regard for contracted hours, hardly any training, just horrific. Absolutely hated it - they massively took the mickey. I was expected to work 5 days a week when I signed up to only work 2, I was given a quick tour of the shop and then expected to run the shop floor and know everything about the products - on my first day I was already under massive pressure to meet a target having had no knowledge of what I was selling. The girls in the shop were incredibly unfriendly and I felt very uncomfortable and left almost every shift in tears. Had no regard for work life balance and I felt unappreciated and unhappy. Worst job I've ever had.
