Pros

you make good friends and the pay is good (not good enough considering how pressurised you feel)

Cons

they only care about KPI and you only find out your rota two days before the week starts so its a lot of just living at work you will not have a social life as it is in central-- unless you're doing part-time, then fair enough.

Pros

You get a good discount as a member of staff. Whilst I cannot provide many pros, before I left, there was a management change which made working here so much better.

Cons

There is not much recognition for those who sell deliver the best results in terms of sales and customer service. Also, sometimes the working environment can be quite catty. Before the management change, the previous manager would sit in the staff room all day leaving myself to manage the shop floor alone despite being a new member of staff.
