Pros

50% staff discount, that's pretty much it

Cons

There are so many things to say. I'm not gonna lie, at the start, I was about to decline the job because I read all the rewievs on Glassdoor. I decided anyway to give it a chance. Three months after they made me run away, far away, from this workplace. Now I fully understand why the rating is so ridiculously low. Everything is just so unprofessional, starting from the management. They give you treats to buy you, they expect you to be a "YES MAN" and, when you start to say no (accepting extra shift when you can't, even without any previous notice) they make you feel guilty. No respect for private life. Never in my life a manager asked me to be avaiable on my day off and told off because I didn't pick up the phone! Discussion forms (they are like yellow cards - three of them will give you a disciplinary note) used effortlessly to keep you under control with fear. They will also "ask" you to come 15 minutes (unpayed) for the briefing (that needs no more than a couple of minutes) and they will report your lateness if you'll show up 10 minutes before your shift. Shady behaviour, very uncomfortable workplace. If you need this job to pay the rent, you better considering being homeless instead.

Pros

50% off products, that's about it.

Cons

horrible place to work. your hours will be all over the place, management have little to no communication with you and holiday pay is a mess. you're treated as if you aren't human and are asked to lie about products like recommending skincare as makeup primers and managers ask you to jump down customers throats which isn't great for us and they get annoyed. The bonus is also a scam, we hit target for months and got £10 or something ridic like that

Pros

Team is lovely and helpful to each other. Staff discount is really good.

Cons

• long opening hours - think of it before you take any roles. Often comes with overtime (1-2 hours per day) • lack of training • Staff and store managers are micromanaged by area managers and HQ.
