      - Allows employees to take ownership of their work - Intelligent co-workers and challenging work makes it a great place to learn - Well adapted to new expectations: "Work from Almost Anywhere" policy allows employees to work remote, hybrid, or while traveling, and providing office space/perks for those who want to come in - Good benefits & generous vacation: 4 weeks PTO + 2 company-wide weeks off - Amazing work-life balance which managers lead by example
