      Excellent work-life balance, perks like free lunches, massages, gym, etc., flexibility in time, smart and friendly colleagues, and freedom of initiative and ownership for diverse projects and ideas.

      Communication among the team members is great, but there is always space for improvement.

      Pros

      It was the best. Salary, pension, employees benefits and workbalance. Good management, colleges and culture.

      Cons

      It was difficult to scale up in titles/position, as the career latter was long and senior management had been there for long.
