It's rare to find a private, family-owned company today that is successful. It's even more rare to find that in the medical device industry. Management really cares about the employees, and everyone is always ready to help. Training was thorough and helped me feel well-equipped for the job. I hope to work for Storz for many years and build my career with this amazing company.

Cons

While the pay isn't anything extraordinary, considering my schedule, benefits, and workload in my entry level position, I feel that I'm fairly compensated. There are certain times where I feel that the overall organization of some of our commonly used platforms could be improved.
