Bad management, very old fashioned mentality with micromanagement. No work life balance to most employees. No respect and no appreciation.

Mostly remote but challenging opportunity.

Cons

Your Supervisor only communicates via electronic communication even when you are onsite. They say they want you to succeed but, they don't. They don't appreciate if you go the extra mile. Lots of surprise changes that you aren't told about. Trying to get clarity on concerns seem to be a bother. Different directions from different people. Low pay.
