Don't work here unless you are desperate.

Pros

Good benefits and vacation time. That's about it.

Cons

Not a conducive environment for growth or process improvement. Training is horrible. There is little to no structure for training. Don't expect management to make decisions. Certain goals and objectives are conflicting from department to department. Management is not afraid to waste your time. Management doesn't handle issues with problem employees. Bullying is acceptable and rampant throughout the entire office. Certain employees are extremely disrespectful and are allowed to get away with their antics because no one wants to deal with them. Overall, not a very positive place to work.

Pros

Laid back, no-one really checks up on you.

Cons

People say yes when you ask for something but then they never follow through. They just say yes to get rid of you and make you believe things will get better but they only get worse. The supervisor never shares information with people under him because he's afraid he'll get the boot because of politics in the company.

Pros

Nice new Auburn office Benefits are comparable to other companies Good colleagues

Cons

Terrible leadership Terrible HR department Stingy upper management No flexibility at ALL One of those horrible companies that fired people for not getting a shot then pretended like they didn't just fire everybody when the mandates went away Constantly understaffed Do not uphold any agreements or promises made Take advantage of people by having them do a "trial run" in a role for which they already perform the duties then they do not compensate you for said work
